By accessing or using FloorPlanPro ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to the FloorPlanPro iOS mobile application, web application, and all services, features, and content provided by FloorPlanPro.
FloorPlanPro is a professional floor plan scanning and design application that allows users to create 3D room scans, generate 2D floor plans, edit and manage projects, export in various formats, use AI-powered design suggestions, and sync projects across devices.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FloorPlanPro. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining account security and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. You may not share your account with others.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your device settings. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of all floor plans and projects you create. You grant us a license to store and sync your content to provide the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use FloorPlanPro for personal or commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service.

Your projects may be synced to cloud storage (iCloud or Firebase). You are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for data loss, though we implement reasonable backup measures.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that floor plan measurements are 100% accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease.
